I need a JVC car stereo faceplate?

I had my JVC faceplate stolen out of my car i was looking online for a faceplate but couldn’t find one the same as mine. I did find some that were almost the same but i don’t know if i should get it cause what if the faceplate don’t fit my stereo. Will it fit cause its a JVC and looks almost the same as my old one?

How to adjust a car audio system properly when the head unit only has one set of pre outs?

My current audio setup in my car consists of a jvc KD-PDR35 head unit, a set of sony xplod 6.5 inch 4 way speakers which are connected to the headunit, a set of sony xplod 6×9 4 ways which are connected to a sony xplod xm-554zr 4/3 channel amp, i also have a sony xplod 1000w 12inch sub connected to the bridged channel on the amp.

My problem is that i am getting to much bass out of the 6×9′s and not enough out of the sub and i cannot use the adjustments on the headunit to fix it much because i only have 1 set of pre outs and i have had to use a set of y spliters to connect the head unit to the amp which has caused a lack of adjustibilty.

My question is, is there any way that i can fix this problem without having to buy a new headunit

Please help with car audio?

Hi, i just put a jvc aftermarket audio deck into my sonoma, with the old deck i had it worked great, other than it didnt have a sub output so i couldnt hook a sub up with it. The new one has one but it seems to always be on, and the screen is reading “sub out”. My sound coming from my speakers is way off, it seems like it has all the guitar solos and background drums, but the voices are very quite and sound distorted, almost like when your ipod headphones arent plugged all the way into your ipod while its playing music. Does anybody know how i can fix this, and if it has anything to do with the deck reading “sub out”?

Sony or Pioneer for Car Audio?

I was looking into getting some audio equipment to upgrade the stock on my car. I was looking for a good sound with a good price. I am trying to decide between sony and pioneer, and when I chose one, I was going to use that brand with every audio thing on my car. What should I choose?

If I have an aftermarket car stereo, do I need to get a vehicle wiring harness for a new one?

I already have an aftermarket (Pioneer) car stereo in my Jeep with a vehicle-specific wiring harness. I am getting a new car stereo (Alpine) and need to know if I need to get another wiring harness with the new Alpine stereo, or can I just use my existing one?

It came boxed with cd reciever and 4 speakers. I bought it a couple of years ago and never got around to putting it in my car. Now I’ve sold teh car and want to sell the system, but I can’t find pricing info on it. The model # is DEHSP043

Kenwood car stereo wont work in g/f tiburon car?

They tried it for her in the shop and it worked…
So i connected it for her and it didnt turn on …
we tested out the cables in the car.. and nothing was wrong… we checked the fuses they were all good…
the fuse on the stereo we bought one and still not turning on… what could be the problem… she has bought two different and wont work…
one the original of Hyundai Tiburon 98 and the kenwood newer stereo…

Can i connect a JVC car stereo to an Alpine disc changer?

I have a newer JVC KD-HDR50 CD player and an older 6 disc alpine cd changer. I want to connect them together, but can’t find any universal cables online. And can’t find any in stores…..so if it is possible. Can anyone help me find one ( it should be possible)? thanks
